The predicted salary is between 24000 - 36000 Β£ per year.
We have a fantastic opportunity for a motivated and organised individual to join our busy Service department at Great Yarmouth (Simpsons).
Competitive basic salary and bonus scheme. Generous 30 days annual leave including the bank holidays.
Duties include:
- Booking customer vehicles in for maintenance and/or repairs
- Liaising with the workshop to ensure all tasks are completed to the agreed time scales
- Updating customers on the progress of their vehicle
- Authorising additional work
The ideal candidate will have:
- Excellent customer service skills
- Great communication skills
- Great organisation skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- A full clean driving licence
No experience is necessary as full training will be given. However, interest and passion for vehicles would be advantageous. Continuous training will be provided to further knowledge & skill set for career progression.
