We have a fantastic opportunity for an organised individual to join our Service department at Great Yarmouth and Lowestoft. This role is based across two of our sites, sharing half the time at each location. Part‑time positions are also available, one at each site, for the right candidates.
Competitive basic salary and bonus scheme. Generous 30 days annual leave including bank holidays.
- Book customer vehicles in for maintenance and/or repairs
- Liaise with the workshop to ensure all tasks are completed to agreed time scales
- Update customers on progress
- Authorise additional work
The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, be a great communicator, have great organisation skills, excellent attention to detail and hold a full clean driving licence. No experience is necessary as full training will be given. Interest and passion for vehicles would be advantageous.
