Due to us opening a new Geely Showroom, we have a fantastic opportunity for a motivated, forward-thinking individual with a proven track record as a General Sales Manager to join us in Bury St Edmunds.
Key benefits and requirements:
- Competitive basic salary & Bonus Scheme
- Generous 30-day annual leave, including bank holidays
- A 5-day working week, Monday to Saturday (Closed on Sundays)
The ideal candidate must be able to drive the department's sales performance, including finance, add-ons, and accessories, to meet targets. The candidate must ensure that staff provide the highest level of customer service at all times in order to increase customer loyalty and therefore gain repeat business. Must hold a driving licence.
Continuous training will be provided to further knowledge & skill set for career progression. Benefits include a company car, pension scheme, life insurance, recommend a friend scheme and staff discounts.
