Role Overview: We are looking for a highly skilled, hands-on digital designer to work under our Creative Director on a dedicated account. This is a production-focused role, ideal for a digital designer with a passion for brand systems, toolkits and templates who thrives in fast-paced environments where consistency and efficiency are key. The role will primarily focus on designing and maintaining template-based systems, toolkits, and digital campaign asset sets in Figma, ensuring seamless workflows and brand consistency.
Please note, this is not a traditional UX/UI role—instead, it would suit a designer or a creative artworker who has a well rounded background across brand identity systems, UX/UI and campaign production – especially across O&O and Digital Display. We are looking for someone who thrives on being the go-to expert of their account, delivering accurate, on-brand digital design assets.
Responsibilities:
- Hands-on digital production design using Figma, focusing on templated toolkits, component libraries, and scalable design systems for entertainment industry clients.
- Build and maintain Figma components, Figma libraries, and Boolean logic-based designs for efficient asset production.
- Handle high-volume, iterative design production, adapting designs quickly based on client feedback and evolving campaign needs.
- Ensure brand consistency across all digital assets, collaborating closely with the Creative Director and wider design team.P
- repare assets for use across various digital platforms, including display ads, social media, and on-screen graphics for streaming services.E
- nsure scalability and efficiency in design workflows, helping to improve and evolve the Figma system.W
- ork closely with artworkers and other designers to translate complex design systems into easy-to-use templates for teams across multiple regions.P
