A leading luxury corporate and consumer gift company is looking for a Senior Marketing Manager to work across their corporate and consumer brands to define and fulfil their marketing strategy. The role will be responsible for executing the brand vision across all digital channels, consumer experiences, and marketing campaigns.
You will need a strong understanding of what goes into creating a compelling lifestyle brand (with demonstrable commercial experience in this area) and be confident collaborating closely with e-commerce, creative, and product teams to implement 360 campaigns. The role will suit a senior marketeer who is confident working at a strategic level and communicating with key stakeholders but also happy to roll their sleeves up and get stuck in too!
Some who has fresh ideas but also an ability to see how those visions can be executed to develop and enhance this brand's continued growth globally. The role will work across strategy and planning to develop and execute high standard omni-channel marketing campaigns and manage the entire calendar.
You will lead content creation across social media and email marketing and work with their performance agency to optimise paid media. You will be responsible for the overall marketing budget and experienced and capable of analysing and reporting performance to ensure lessons learned for future campaigns and digital engagement.
You will be an experienced consumer/lifestyle marketeer at Manager level with a strategic mindset and the ability to balance the creative and the commercial. You will be fully conversant with Shopify, Figma, Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, and Klaviyo would be great. You will have demonstrable experience managing social media accounts for a consumer brand and whilst being organised, focused, and practical you won't be afraid to break convention and push the boundaries.

The company operates a 4-day in the office policy with Fridays remote, along with some great benefits including health care, optional extra leave, and remote working for 2 weeks over summer, enhanced parental leave, and a cycle to work scheme. Salary is DOE but ideally between the £50-60K bracket depending on the candidate.
