Overview Friendly, collaborative design agency based in W London is looking for a talented Producer/Project manager with a strong background in CGI and asset creation. Reporting into one of our Account Directors, you will have first-hand experience of liaising with both clients and internal teams. While you aren\βt necessarily design-trained or a CG specialist, you have experience in design and communications work. You\βre comfortable collaborating with creative producers who schedule, brief and oversee work with our team of CG Artists, as well as liaising with our production manager, creative artworkers and QC department to ensure we create and deliver the highest quality work.Ideally, you have hands-on experience working in a branding and packaging agency. You have strong and proven client liaison skills. You\βll be comfortable having conversations with packaging and assets clients to understand their specific project needs. You\βre familiar with planning, budgeting and reporting. Your technical skills include a high level of proficiency in Microsoft 365, especially Excel. You have familiarity with project management and workload scheduling systems.You\βre a good communicator β someone who can work with clients and the team to assess and prioritise projects while managing both our clients\β expectations and team\βs work. You\βre able to navigate changing priorities over multiple projects and help manage timely delivery within realistic project timescales. Most importantly, you are cheerful, enthusiastic and can contribute to the positive, can-do atmosphere in the team.The client has beautiful offices close to various transport links but operate a flexible working set up that means following onboarding, usual core hours are 1 day in the studio and 4 days working remotely.This is a great role and a chance to work with this dedicated CGI team.
