The ideal candidate will have a passion and some experience in event management and logistics, as well as a strong interest in digital and mainstream communications campaigns. This role is suited for someone eager to work within a socially impactful agency and on campaigns directly targeting young people.
Upcoming events and campaigns include managing a national workshop with schools to improve children's body confidence. You will be a confident client manager, able to calmly and methodically troubleshoot problems, ensuring campaigns and programmes run on time and on budget. Collaboration with your team and the wider agency is essential to deliver excellence and develop and grow clients.
The company offers a great career programme, with opportunities to move into project management or follow the traditional trajectory of Account Manager/Senior Account Manager and above. They operate a hybrid work system of approximately 2-3 days a week onsite, with the remainder remote. Due to the nature of the role involving events, some onsite presence will be required when these are run.
The successful candidate must demonstrate previous agency experience in an Account Executive role and be ready to advance to a Senior Account Executive level appointment. An interest and passion for the youth sector and socially impactful work is more important than extensive experience in this area. The ability to show good client management and event experience is crucial.
