A rapidly developing creative production company is looking for a talented and hungry growth specialist to join their team. Above all, you need to have an entrepreneurial spirit and thrive in an autonomous and empowering environment. The new role will be working closely with their MD, founder, and Head of Business Operations. The objective of the role will involve driving measurable growth of the business across acquisition, activation, and retention with data-informed execution of marketing and sales campaigns. You will help launch new products and ventures to commercial traction and track performance of growth activities and experiments. You must be AI enabled and leverage AI tools to design and implement automations (tools like Blaze, Make or n8n). Whilst a creative thinker and driven to try new ideas and ventures, you must be quality focused and ensure content is good and performing well.
SCOPE/ACTIVITIES
- Brand Activation
- Reactivate dormant brand social channels (e.g. Websites, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube) with consistent, relevant content aligned with the offering.
- Create and activate lightweight content calendars, emails, and outreach sequences to grow the initial audience.
- Build or manage the creation of landing pages, lead magnets, and initial brand assets using no-code tools (Webflow, Framer, Figma, Typeform, etc.).
- Launch and manage organic growth campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, LinkedIn, SEO/AI SEO, email/CRM, and emerging channels to drive traffic and generate leads.
- Evaluate and constantly improve SEO/AI SEO performance to create a strong funnel of inbound leads.
- Design lifecycle and retention flows (email, remarketing, notifications) to improve user activation.
- Identify growth loops (e.g. referral, viral, partner, UGC) that can reduce acquisition costs and drive scale.
- Support outbound outreach via cold email or social (manual or through tools like Apollo).
- Client Retention & Growth Support
- Work with Sales, Creative, and Production to identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities within the existing client base.
- Create lightweight retention touchpoints: automated sequences, success stories, or personalized follow-up content.
- Track and report on engagement metrics from existing clients: email opens, click-throughs, rebooking indicators.
- Help surface at-risk accounts or reactivation opportunities using simple tagging or CRM flags.
- Collaborate with Sales, BizOps, and Production to support onboarding, offboarding, and feedback loops.
- Work closely with BizOps, Creative, and Sales teams to align messaging, share insights, and co-develop growth experiments.
- Create sales collateral (case studies, lead magnets, sequences) to support direct outreach and client conversations.
- Work with artists and creatives to shape brand identity and content format (static, video, motion, case studies).
- Collaborate with sales and operations to manage CRM, shape workflows, and ensure qualified leads are properly followed up and converted.
- Rapidly identify and run structured experiments on new channels, tools, or tactics β focus on small, fast feedback loops.
- Execute day-to-day growth tasks yourself leveraging AI tools: copywriting, campaign setup, CRM emails, automations, lead capture, analytics.
- Build and test lead capture flows: form fills, screening bookings, waitlists, etc.
- Product Launch & Go-to-Market
- Own go-to-market strategy and execution for new products & ventures.
- Craft positioning, messaging, and value propositions in collaboration with product/creative leads.
- Set up lightweight MVP websites, landing pages, or funnels (via no-code tools or with studio team support).
- Coordinate product/feature launches across email, social, paid ads, and earned channels.
- Performance Tracking & Iteration
- Track and report on growth KPIs: followers/subscribers, engagement, form filled, lead volumes, conversion rates, retention, SEO rankings, etc.
- Set up and maintain simple dashboards to share test results, campaign performance, and strategic insights with the team.
- Analyze performance trends and use data to guide iteration, content, and activities optimization.
- Share biweekly or monthly experiment results and insights with the team.
REQUIREMENTS
- Generating leads through inbound and outbound tactics.
- Understands basic CRM workflows and sales funnels.
- Creating and running calendars and campaigns across multiple channels: paid and organic SEO / AI SEO.
- Comfortable writing short-form marketing copy for ads, landing pages, social posts, and emails.
- Comfortable with marketing/sales tools (e.g., HubSpot, Copper, Meta Manager, Apollo, Mailchimp, Framer, etc.).
- Uses AI daily tools: generative, automations, vibe coding, etc.
- Ability to set up and monitor simple dashboards in Google Analytics or other analytics platforms.
- Versatility/Multi-topics: Be motivated by managing multiple tracks and jump in where needed: staffing & HR admin, vendor management, process cleanup, ad-hoc tasks β be a flexible generalist.
- Highly autonomous and accountable β takes full ownership of goals and tasks.
- Self-learner be comfortable testing, figuring out your ways around tools leveraging online training and resources.
- Tech-savvy: Have implemented automations and is comfortable with tools like Zapier and the necessity of breaking down processes into logical steps.
- Proactively escalates and presents progress without waiting for someone to ask the questions.
- Not afraid to make mistakes because you can spot them, understand their root cause, fix them and put in place steps so that they donβt reproduce themselves.
The role is based in their open plan studio in Shoreditch, close to Liverpool St station/Aldgate, and they operate a 4-day week in the studio with Fridays working remotely. Due to the close connections with their New York office and US client base, hours are 10.30 am β 7.30 pm. Salary Β£40k plus benefits.
