Fantastic opportunity for a senior AE to join this fully integrated, socially impactful agency working across a variety of consumer and corporate brands in public sector, creative and tech industries. Working in a team of 8 reporting into the Project Director and across a variety of accounts.

Someone who has a passion and some experience across event management and logistics and a definite interest in these kinds of projects as well as digital and more mainstream comms campaigns. The role would suit someone with a passion to work within a socially impactful agency and within campaigns directly targeting young people. Upcoming events and campaigns involve managing a national workshop with schools to improve children's body confidence.

You will be a confident client manager able to calmly and methodically troubleshoot problems and ensure campaigns and programmes run on time and on budget and work collaboratively with your team and the wider agency to deliver excellence and develop and grow clients.

The company has a great career programme and at an AM level opportunities to move your career into the project management career path are open as well as the traditional trajectory of AM/SAM and above. They operate a hybrid work system of approx. 2-3 days a week onsite and the rest of the time remote. An interest and passion in the youth sector and socially impactful work is far more important than masses of experience in this area. More important is the ability to show good client management and event experience.

Start asap, the role will involve an initial 45 min chem chat via Teams followed by an in-person interview to meet more of the team and deliver back a short presentation.
