Fantastic opportunity for a versatile and integrated designer to work for this developing luxury accessory company. Working in their marketing team and mentoring a junior designer, you will be a confident designer in all areas of print and digital design.

You will be responsible for leading the brand and their partner products in the creation and development of all collateral, across social, digital campaigns, brochures, internal communications, and marketing. Working alongside their marketing team with a junior designer and onsite photographer in the in-house studio, you will have a creative flair but also an organisational head and excel at leading projects and trafficking work.

One of the key projects for 2026 is to streamline and create a digital infrastructure for their assets across all their sub-brands. The successful candidate could be a midweight designer with some solid experience looking to take the step into a more senior leadership position or someone who has been working at a senior level but wants to have an autonomous role helping to shape and evolve a luxury brand.

You will need to demonstrate in your portfolio experience of working with lifestyle brands, ideally fashion, beauty, etc., with an understanding of the luxury market. You will have an integrated portfolio of digital and print and be adept at creating not only beautiful aesthetic design but also editing video for socials and short-form content (we aren’t looking for Pixar here, just someone who can edit a good social efficiently and effectively).

This developing company has a very collaborative team dynamic and some beautiful open-plan studios between Worcester and Birmingham, meaning a driver is really a prerequisite, as it does require a full-time presence in the studio to really embrace the brand and team and help drive the brand forward creatively.

Great benefits, friendly team, and the chance to develop your career in this creative environment. Please send CV and relevant samples as soon as possible with salary expectations.
