Exciting opportunity for a talented social first Creative Director/Senior Creative Art Director to join this B Corp luxury skincare brand. This needs a true hands-on creative with big thinking ideation coupled with roll-your-sleeves-up and get-stuck-in skills!
It would suit someone who can help pull out the creative ideas and brand vision from the founding partners and CMO/Brand Director and work closely to really establish the brand identity of this skincare range across all digital and social channels, creating an engaging and fresh look and feel and style to the brand that can engage with a younger demographic.
You will be working closely with the CMO to transition the new brand and find persuasive ways to highlight products and the brand without alienating the current customer base. Someone who is a digital native and social first, very confident in the beauty/skin care market, with an understanding of the legislative constraints that this entails.
Someone with strong art directional skills to be able to take over and drive photo shoots and styling to create an image library on brand and with a contemporary aesthetic that reflects the science and the quality of the product.
Ideally someone who is a good leader and manager of creatives and designers, whilst not looking to build a massive team, you will be growing a small creative studio although will be happy being hands-on and willing to roll their sleeves up but equally able to give direction and support to others.
