An integrated comms agency specialising in campaigns targeted at young people is looking for a F/L Editorial/Content lead to direct a united vision for the content across touchpoints with teachers and parents. This person will create a unifying content strategy and tone of voice that allows each touchpoint (learning, social media, events) to act with consistency across multiple audiences.
You will need to have senior content lead or Head of content experience at an agency or publishing house and ideally have worked with content aimed at younger audiences. The editorial lead will bring a content direction that means that all elements of the content deliver against the programme ambition, whilst meeting audience needs.
This person will:
- Convert the agreed mission into a consistent editorial remit
- Define the role of each programme element and set an ambition for audience impact
- Set the briefs for each area of the content team
- Review and direct content tone of voice and suitability against ambition
- Work with marketing and communications to ensure that marketing and audience needs are met
- Set up an audience test and learn approach
2 days per week freelance contract, remote with occasional onsite presence £350 – 400 per day.
