  • Lead the team through every project stage. Execute work to the highest standard with an exceptional level of craft.

TEAM MANAGER

  • Manage and distribute work within the team. Oversee design work to ensure the creative brief is fully explored from concept to completion.

DESIGN DEVELOPMENT

  • Shape how the project evolves. Direct the team clearly after client feedback or internal design reviews.

DELIVERY COORDINATOR

  • Roll out design delivery across touch points. Support Design Directors and Creative Directors to deliver work on time and to a high standard.

CONFIDENT PRESENTER

  • Create compelling creative presentations. Present work clearly to clients and the wider team.

GLOBE TROTTER

  • Go on immersion trips. Get to know clients. Turn research into incredible work.

KEY SKILLS
