DesignScene is an international creative production agency with offices in London, New York, Los Angeles and Singapore. We craft design-led events and experiential marketing campaigns for brands worldwide. We are looking to grow and strengthen our team with the addition of an experienced, dynamic Senior Experiential/Events Producer, to work across physical, digital and hybrid events and activations. This role will primarily be based in our London global headquarters with the opportunity to travel and work from our other international offices or varied event locations for periods of up to 3 months at a time.
You will have a minimum of 7 years' agency experience as a producer with 2 years at a senior level and enjoy rising to a challenge. Outstanding time management, organisational skills and a passion for live experiences are essential. Knowledge of content management is a plus. Strong project management skills and client facing experience is key to the success of this role.
This is an exciting opportunity for a Senior Producer to work with a talented global team on hugely creative and innovative projects. Our major international clients include Amazon, Braze, Snap, Roku and Live Nation, for whom we activate worldwide. Domestic and International travel will therefore be essential.
Versatility is also key in this role - you will have both proven IRL and virtual event experience and be happy to work across different project types and sizes, with a flexibility of approach to ensure the delivery team are supported and the project is delivered to our high standards.
OverviewReporting into the Global Projects Director you will deliver outstanding, commercially successful projects for our clients worldwide. You will be responsible for the planning, execution, and closing of projects from initial brief to execution on-site or online, including post event reporting and analytics. You will lead client communication to maintain, develop, and grow existing client relationships as well as working with internal teams, freelancers, and external vendors. You will play a part in supporting the leadership team with business requirements as well as being a team player helping to deliver larger projects with multiple producers.

- Use experience and knowledge to suggest feasible creative solutions such as products, suppliers, technology, etc.
- Possess IRL and digital production insight and knowledge to collaborate on and validate creative ideas and treatments with the studio team
- Liaise with relevant stakeholders to agree project brief and approach
- Lead client comms ensuring clients are fully informed and engaged
- Use project management documentation such as work schedules, critical paths and status reports to communicate to client and internal teams
- Ensure project timelines and milestones are met, always thinking several steps ahead, predicting pinch points and managing them effectively
- Brief and manage suppliers with full explanation of project scope and budget
- Use existing company applications to manage projects in terms of budget, POs, invoicing, playbooks, etc.
- Manage and plan work streams for junior members of the team
- Managing and accommodating time zone differences across international teams
- Content management including strategy, creative approach, and digital workflows
- Management of CMS and other digital platform requirements for event set-up, registration, etc.
- Talent, presenter and speaker liaison and management
- Be the main day-to-day client point-of-contact ensuring seamless collaboration, ironing out potential issues in a timely manner, and becoming their trusted partner
- Management of ambiguity and risk across all aspects of project delivery. Making sure there is always a plan B and C
- The day-to-day line management of any line reports including regular 1 to 1 meetings, mentoring and objective setting to make sure team members are both motivated and working effectively
- Build strong relationships with other departments and disciplines in the business to create a strong team ethic and collaborative atmosphere
- Manage the briefing, costing and engagement process for external contractors and vendors making sure they are the best fit, well briefed and stay on track
- Present proposals and budgets to clients and agree sign-off and payment process
- Processing of MSAs, SOWs and any other contracting requirements working with legal
- Lead Internal and client debriefs to understand any learnings and implement any improvements for the next project
- Manage all aspects of final project delivery
- Collaborate with other internal stakeholders to sync with the overall event schedule and client reviews, as well as align content and asset delivery timings
- Live event management and show production for both IRL and digital events
- Creation of detailed scripts, run of shows and schedules
- Run tests, tech checks and full rehearsals
- Speaker management for home and studio recordings, live broadcasts and on-site at venues
- Troubleshooting and agile problem solving in a pressured environment
- Exceptional communication skills with both clients, internal teams and suppliers
- Proven client management and the ability to grow accounts organically
