We are looking to strengthen our team with the addition of a 3D Creative Lead in London to work across physical, hybrid and digital events and activations delivered across the globe. Youâll have a minimum of 12 yearsâ agency experience and a background in creative experiential event production, with a passion for bringing ideas to life through visually striking brand experiences. Youâll thrive on rising to creative challenges, delivering impactful design solutions, and working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary environment. Youâll combine strategy, planning, and management with a deep understanding of the creative process, applying industry best practices and expertâlevel proficiency in leading design software. Exceptional time management and organizational skills are key, along with a genuine enthusiasm for events and brand storytelling. As part of this role, international travel will be essential to support global events and experiential activations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead creative development for brands such as Pinterest, Amazon, TâMobile and Live Nation at highâprofile events (CES, Cannes Lions, SXSW).
- Translate loose briefs into buildable realities and coâwrite briefs with clients, establishing a clear vision before clients know what they want.
- Present creative concepts internally and externally, securing decisionâmaker approval and greenâlights.
- Manage crossâfunctional teams across international timeâzones and coordinate onâsite setup and execution.
- Problemâsolve in real time during builds to keep projects on schedule.
- Drive the creative vision and execution of experiential projects, ensuring strategic strength and practical deliverability.
- Adapt concepts to meet client budget parameters without compromising impact.
- Lead concepting and creative direction of immersive brand experiences, working closely with production and project management teams to adhere to budgets and timelines.
- Inspire internal teams and freelancers to deliver outstanding work under tight deadlines.
- Mentor and guide senior and junior designers and freelancers, fostering a collaborative studio culture.
Key Qualifications
- Minimum 12 yearsâ agency experience in creative experiential event production.
- Expert proficiency in 3D design software (Vectorworks, Cinema 4D, TwinMotion, Enscape) and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Proven track record of delivering highâimpact brand experiences for global clients.
