DesignRush, a B2B marketplace connecting brands with agencies, is seeking an experienced Email Marketing Manager to lead and execute high-impact email campaigns across newsletters, automation workflows, and lead nurturing funnels. The candidate must be a proactive and independent thinker who can take ownership of the tasks at hand and ensure timely and high-quality output through collaboration with other team members.

We’re looking for an Email Marketing Manager whose main goal is to drive engagement and conversion through strategic, data-driven email marketing campaigns. You will play a pivotal role in delivering value to our audience and generating qualified leads through targeted email workflows.
Goals:
- Build and scale a revenue-generating newsletter and email automation funnel
- Create upsell and cross-sell flows tied to user intent and lifecycle stages
- Use automation, segmentation, and personalization to increase conversions
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure email tone, brand, and goals align

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Plan, execute, and optimize weekly email newsletters and promotional sends, and manage the entire funnel
- Build and manage lifecycle automation: onboarding, dormant reactivation, upsell/cross-sell
- Lead segmentation strategies for agencies, brands, and different buyer profiles
- Work with design/content to ensure compelling creative and UX
- Analyze email revenue performance and deliver actionable recommendations
- Ensure compliance with GDPR, CAN-SPAM, and other email marketing regulations
REQUIREMENTS:
- 5+ years in email marketing, preferably in B2B or agency/marketplace environments
- Proven success building email revenue funnels, ideally with upsell/retention mechanics
- Experience in ActiveCampaign, Mailchimp, HubSpot, Klaviyo, or Marketo
- Fluent written/spoken English with strong copy instincts
- Comfortable with HTML/CSS for minor adjustments
- Available between 6:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. ET
- Knowledge of AI tools and workflow automations
- Experience with B2B email automations for eCommerce or marketplace products is a strong plus
