DesignRush.com, the leading B2B Marketplace connecting brands with agencies, is seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to lead all core marketing and growth activities across the platform. The candidate must be a proactive and independent thinker who can take ownership of the tasks at hand and ensure timely and high-quality output through collaboration with other team members.
Our platform offers four key values to users:
- Agency Rankings: Brands can view qualified agencies based on their expertise, location, clients, and various other factors.
- Awards: Agencies and brands can enter their finest work and compete for the best web logo, app, print, packaging, and video design awards.
- Marketplace: Businesses can post their projects at no cost and receive proposals from verified agencies.
- Trending Brands: Agencies and brands can feature their expertise and achievements via news, interviews, and trends articles to get noticed and recognized as an industry leader.

- Own tracking and reporting systems end-to-end

Responsibilities:
- Own Agency Directory revenue performance, in collaboration with Sales & Marketing
- Oversee key growth levers: Email campaigns, SEO, social, sponsorship launches, site features rollouts
- Own all marketing tracking: Google Tag Manager, GA4, Looker Studio (must be able to build and QA GTM events yourself)
- Create a strategic growth roadmap with measurable milestones
- Report weekly on performance and proactively address challenges
- Manage digital marketing activities to achieve rapid and consistent growth
- Work closely with team leaders to define marketing promotions, initiatives, and special offers
- Ensure consistent brand messaging and positioning across all marketing channels
Requirements:
- 5+ years of proven hands-on experience as a marketing leader
- Experience managing and leading a team
- Proven experience in B2B marketing
- Experience growing social media channels
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- Strong, goal-oriented mindset
- Ability to strategize and solve problems
- Availability to work 6 AM to 3 PM EST
