The role requires excellent English communication skills and stellar organizational skills to manage website content, articles, and other written deliverables.

- Establish and maintain a high, non-negotiable quality bar across all DesignRush content.
- Run a fully accountable content team, where output, delivery, and performance issues are addressed proactively and consistently.

Requirements:
- At least 7 years of experience in leadership positions with a proven track record in achieving targets and goals.
- Possesses keen attention to detail.
- Knowledge of SEO best practices, including content and technical optimization.
- Experience in a fast-paced, remote work environment.

- Able to work between 6 a.m. and 3 p.m. ET.
- Exceptional English writing and communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the content team to ensure high-quality output, efficiency, and consistent execution.
- Continuously improve team performance: quality, processes, guidelines, and innovation.
- Plan and deliver weekly training.
- Ensure clear communication across internal and external teams.
- Prepare and submit weekly and monthly performance reports to the General Manager.
- Identify best practices, propose improvements, and implement content strategies.
- Organize regular content reoptimizations and edits.
- Occasionally produce or edit content.
- Test and implement new tools to enhance workflows.
- Anticipate recruitment needs; recruit and onboard content specialists.
- Interview with the Recruitment team.
- Complete a technical test.
- Interview with the Hiring Manager(s).
- Receive feedback.
