DesignRush.com, the leading B2B Marketplace connecting brands with agencies, is seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to lead all core marketing and growth activities across the platform.

The candidate must be a proactive and independent thinker who can take ownership of the tasks at hand and ensure timely and high-quality output through collaboration with other team members.

Our platform offers four key values to users:

  • Agency Rankings: Brands can view qualified agencies based on their expertise, location, clients, and various other factors.
  • Awards: Agencies and brands can enter their finest work and compete for the best web logo, app, print, packaging, and video design awards.
  • Marketplace: Businesses can post their projects at no cost and receive proposals from verified agencies.
  • Trending Brands: Agencies and brands can feature their expertise and achievements via news, interviews, and trends articles to get noticed and recognized as an industry leader.

  • Own tracking and reporting systems end-to-end
  • Eliminating operational blockers
  • Ensuring initiatives are delivered on time, with measurable results

This is a full-time, remote-work-at-home position.

DesignRush is seeking to make IMMEDIATE hires.

Responsibilities:

  • Own Agency Directory revenue performance, in collaboration with Sales & Marketing
  • Oversee key growth levers: Email campaigns, SEO, social, sponsorship launches, site features rollouts
  • Own all marketing tracking: Google Tag Manager, GA4, Looker Studio (must be able to build and QA GTM events yourself)
  • Create a strategic growth roadmap with measurable milestones
  • Report weekly on performance and proactively address challenges
  • Manage digital marketing activities to achieve rapid and consistent growth
  • Work closely with team leaders to define marketing promotions, initiatives, and special offers
  • Ensure consistent brand messaging and positioning across all marketing channels

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of proven hands-on experience as a marketing leader
  • Experience managing and leading a team
  • Proven experience in B2B marketing
  • Experience growing social media channelsExcellent written and verbal English communication skills
  • Strong, goal-oriented mindset
  • Ability to strategize and solve problems
  • Availability to work 6 AM to 3 PM EST
