As the Digital Marketing Expert at Designity, you will work with our clients to lead marketing audits and provide them with data-driven strategies to optimize their digital presence. Your expertise in multi-channel marketing, performance analysis, and competitive positioning will drive clear, actionable recommendations. You’ll assess websites, SEO, paid media, content, social media, and email campaigns to identify areas for improvement and develop structured marketing roadmaps. You will also implement AI-driven marketing tools to enhance automation, optimize campaign performance, and provide deeper insights—ensuring clients stay ahead in an evolving digital landscape.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Conduct digital marketing audits, evaluating SEO, paid media, content, email, and social strategies.
  • Analyze multi-channel performance, identifying opportunities for optimization.
  • Develop strategic recommendations and actionable roadmaps to drive marketing effectiveness.
  • Assess SEO & website performance, including technical SEO, UX, and site speed.
  • Optimize paid media campaigns, ensuring cost-effective targeting across Google Ads, Meta, and LinkedIn.
  • Refine content and email marketing strategies, enhancing engagement and conversions.
  • Benchmark competitor strategies to uncover growth opportunities.
  • Implement AI-powered marketing tools for automation, audience targeting, and performance tracking.
  • Consult with clients, translating data into clear, actionable recommendations.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, continuously refining marketing strategies.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • 7+ years of experience in digital marketing strategy or consultancy.
  • Proven track record of optimizing multi-channel marketing campaigns.
  • Deep expertise in SEO, paid media, content marketing, and analytics.
  • Hands-on experience with AI-driven marketing tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Jasper, HubSpot AI, Persado, Phrasee).
  • Proficiency in marketing analytics tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, HubSpot, etc.).
  • Strong client-facing communication skills to present insights and guide improvements.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
