- Extensive experience working as a Product Designer
- Ability to flex skillset across detailed UX/UI work and high-level idea generation
- Adaptability and happy to operate within changing briefs / changing priorities
- Stress on stakeholder facing - must be comfortable and articulate to hold direct line with senior management with our clients
- A portfolio showcasing modern design work that excites you and demonstrates your ability to lead projects from conception to launch. We’re excited to see case studies that show how your work contributed to client success and illustrate the role of design in the product development process
- Fluency in best practices for interaction design, design thinking, UX principles and methodologies, and visual design
- Proven ability to think critically, manage complexity, and work across multiple layers of a project
- Comfort working at a startup pace—testing and pivoting when needed
- Experience collaborating with emerging technology and technical teams to drive innovation
