About Designit & Wipro

Designit, Wipro's experience, innovation, and design business, works at the intersection of creativity, technology, and strategy to help ambitious organisations grow and transform. We believe creativity is a business multiplier — and that the best outcomes happen when design, business, and technology come together to solve real problems in meaningful ways.

The Opportunity

We're looking for a Senior Business Designer to help shape and deliver transformative work for our ambitious clients based in our London studio. This is a hands‑on, senior role operating across strategy, product and service innovation, and commercial thinking. You'll work closely with client business leaders within cross‑disciplinary teams to create innovation opportunities and turn them into viable, desirable, and sustainable businesses.

You will:

  • Inform and steer design decisions to ensure the economic viability of solutions and their alignment with the strategic goals of clients — connecting user desirability, technical feasibility, and business value.
  • Design the models, and mechanisms that help our clients create, deliver, and capture value through the experiences they offer.
  • Build and nurture client relationships, identifying opportunities to extend impact and grow the engagement over time.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead business design workstreams across the whole design process, through discovery, conceptualization, prototyping and testing — ensuring high quality outputs with measurable impact.
  • Translate research, data, and market insights into clear propositions, business models, and recommendations.
  • Define and articulate value propositions, service concepts, and growth opportunities grounded in both user and business needs.
  • Develop business cases, financial models, and commercial narratives to support decision‑making.
  • Ensure solutions are not only desirable, but also operationally feasible and economically viable.
  • Facilitate and contribute to workshops, stakeholder alignment sessions, and executive presentations.
  • Play an active role in multidisciplinary design, product and engineering teams to bring ideas to life.
  • Support and build client relationships, contributing to ongoing engagement and opportunity development.
  • Bring structure and clarity to complex problems, aligning teams around a shared direction.

Experience & Skills

  • Approximately 6–8+ years' experience in business design, innovation, strategy, consulting, or product roles.
  • Strong ability to combine analytical thinking with creativity, turning complexity into clear direction.
  • Comfortable working with senior stakeholders, including presenting and influencing at leadership level.
  • Experience using data and research to shape insights and decisions.
  • Is comfortable in high uncertainty scenarios and bridging business and design.
  • Strong storytelling and communication skills.

Experience working across:

  • Product and service innovation.
  • Market analysis and opportunity identification.
  • Financial modelling and business case development.

Ways of Working

  • A collaborative mindset — working across disciplines to deliver the best outcomes.
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and able to bring clarity and momentum.
  • Proactive and accountable, with a bias for action.
  • Curious, pragmatic, and focused on impact.

What We Offer

  • A role within a collaborative, multidisciplinary team across Europe.
  • Meaningful responsibility and the chance to influence both client outcomes and Designit's growth.
  • A culture that values creativity, openness, and real‑world impact.

How to Apply

Please submit your CV and portfolio (PDF or web). We're particularly interested in seeing how you've connected business and design ways of working to create commercially relevant experiences.
