Static Maintenance Engineer – SW London
Hours: Monday – Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM (occasional out-of-hours work)
The Role
We’re looking for an experienced Maintenance Engineer with experience towards Electrical to carry out planned and reactive maintenance across multiple prestigious commercial properties.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform planned preventative maintenance (PPM).
- Respond to reactive maintenance calls and provide excellent service.
- Conduct AHU & FCU filter changes and plant room checks (motors, pumps, BMS).
- Maintain hot & cold-water systems and complete L8 water temp checks.
- Keep logbooks up to date and adhere to Health & Safety regulations.
What You Need
- 3+ years in a similar maintenance role.
- 18th Edition Electrical Qualification (or higher).
- Good knowledge of Building M&E, HVAC, and plumbing.
- IPAF/PASMA & First Aid (beneficial).
- L8 Legionella Awareness (desirable).
