Static Maintenance Engineer – SW London

Hours: Monday – Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM (occasional out-of-hours work)

The Role
We’re looking for an experienced Maintenance Engineer with experience towards Electrical to carry out planned and reactive maintenance across multiple prestigious commercial properties.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Perform planned preventative maintenance (PPM).
  2. Respond to reactive maintenance calls and provide excellent service.
  3. Conduct AHU & FCU filter changes and plant room checks (motors, pumps, BMS).
  4. Maintain hot & cold-water systems and complete L8 water temp checks.
  5. Keep logbooks up to date and adhere to Health & Safety regulations.

What You Need

  1. 3+ years in a similar maintenance role.
  2. 18th Edition Electrical Qualification (or higher).
  3. Good knowledge of Building M&E, HVAC, and plumbing.
  4. IPAF/PASMA & First Aid (beneficial).
  5. L8 Legionella Awareness (desirable).
