This is a role to support short-term advisory and assessment engagements.
Responsibilities
- Lead and deliver ITIL-aligned ITSM maturity assessments
- Conduct stakeholder interviews and service reviews
- Assess ITSM practices across people, process, governance, tooling, and metrics
- Produce executive-level deliverables including maturity heatmaps, gap analysis, and prioritized roadmaps
- Provide pragmatic recommendations aligned to ITIL 4 best practices and ISO/IEC 20000 readiness
Required Experience
- Proven experience delivering ITIL / ITSM maturity assessments
- Strong working knowledge of ITIL v3 and/or ITIL 4 practices
- Hands-on exposure to ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow, BMC, Jira Service Management)
- ITIL 4 Managing Professional or Strategist certification
- Experience working with regulated or professional services clients preferred
- Excellent stakeholder management and documentation skills
Initial contract is 3 months and inside IR35 with potential to extend.
