Bridge Recruitment are working with a well-established organisation operating on a national scale, they are seeking a Project Coordinator to support the successful delivery of works across a varied portfolio. This is a busy, office-based role suited to someone highly organised, detail-focused, and confident managing multiple priorities.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintaining accurate records across internal systems, ensuring all activity and progress is logged correctly
- Acting as a first point of contact for customer requests, monitoring issues through to resolution
- Coordinating external resources and workloads to ensure agreed timescales are met
- Providing administrative support to project teams, including costings, supplier orders, and documentation
- Supporting with quotes and subcontractor orders
- Preparing information ahead of site visits and ensuring all relevant permissions and paperwork are in place
