A van and fuel card is provided. Bridge Recruitment is helping an established client recruit for an experienced Multi-Trade Carpenter to join their team. They cover the commercial and domestic industries, with 85% of the work being commercial (within schools, care homes, offices, etc.). The role involves refurbishments and repairs.
Responsibilities
- Carry out refurbishments and repairs in commercial and domestic environments, with a focus on commercial projects.
- Perform multi-trade carpentry tasks and related building maintenance across site duties.
Requirements
- Must be experienced in the following trades: Carpentry, Plumbing, Plastering, Tiling, Decorating, Minor groundworks, Roofing and general building and property maintenance.
- Experience in commercial and domestic environments.
- A minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role.
- Ability to work as part of a team and use own initiative.
- Good communication and organisational skills.
- Full UK Driving Licence (up to 6 points).

- Salary: £43,000 - £48,000 per year, DoE
- Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am – 4pm
