Your Role:

1. Schedule care worker rotas
2. Match care workers with service users
3. Recruit and support care staff
4. Keep accurate records and ensure compliance
5. Assist with problem-solving and daily operations

What You Need:

1. Organisational and communication skills
2. Understanding of care services
3. Basic IT skills
4. A caring and proactive attitude

Skills (Not Essential):

1. NVQ Level 2/3 in Care
2. Driving licence & own vehicle
