Designer Recruitment are working with a fast-growing kitchen company in Worcestershire. We are seeking a Kitchen Designer to join a fantastic team, where your main responsibilities will be to design and sell frameless kitchens. Our client designs and manufactures beautifully handcrafted British kitchens, combining exceptional craftsmanship with thoughtful design and a highly personalised client experience.
This is a permanent role offering £28,000 - £32,000 per annum + a generous commission. This is an opportunity to work with clients investing in high-quality kitchens, often as part of wider renovation, extension, and home transformation projects. Supported by our operational and client experience teams, you will be able to focus on what you do best: building relationships, creating inspiring designs, and guiding clients through their journey.
You will manage projects from initial enquiry through to design sign-off, helping clients bring their vision to life while delivering an exceptional experience throughout.
- Conducting Discovery Consultations in the showroom, virtually, and occasionally in clients' homes.
- Understanding clients' lifestyles, aspirations, and project requirements.
- Designing beautiful and practical kitchens using Winner Design Software or similar.
