Due to expansion, Designer Recruitment are seeking a self-employed Bathroom Sales Designer for a well-known and established business in the Leamington Spa area. This is a permanent position offering a starting package of £18,000 per annum + Commission + Bonus for the right Bathroom Sales Designer.
Our client would ideally like a Bathroom Sales Designer with mid to high-end experience, however, they would look at a Bathroom Designer with a few years of experience and a proven sales record.
Duties of a Bathroom Designer:
- Managing showroom sales including taking leads, delivering presentations and successfully selling a range of products from different suppliers
- Overseeing the complete project from start to finish including site surveys, designing
- Dealing with customers face-to-face in appointments, via email and over the telephone in a professional manner
- Liaising with Fitters to discuss any installation works required
- Helping out the showroom team on a day-to-day basis
The successful Bathroom Designer will have:
- Exceptional customer service skills to ensure the personal approach that this company prides itself on providing
- Have a minimum of two years Bathroom design experience
- Be IT literate with knowledge of MS Office, Quoting software (such as EQ) and experience of room planning software (ideally ArtiCad)
- Team-orientated, reliable, punctual & hard-working
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
Hours of work: 40 hours per week including every Saturday and some Sundays. This is a self-employed role.
