This is an exciting opportunity for a Design Co-ordinator to join a creative and professional team, supporting design managers in preparing detailed client proposals and contributing to a seamless, high-end customer experience.

About the Role

As a Design Co-ordinator, you will work closely with design managers, the appliance and after-sales team, installation teams, and our in-house furniture workshop. You will assist in creating proposals for client spaces, manage project documentation, and support all aspects of the design and installation process.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare design proposals using CAD or hand-drawn methods
  • Support design managers in delivering client briefs and exceeding expectations
  • Manage project documentation, client communications, and follow-ups
  • Acquire in-depth product knowledge to assist in presentations and client queries
  • Support ordering, delivery, and installation processes
  • Prepare fitting packs and provide technical assistance to the installation team
  • Compile case studies and support marketing activities, including events and website updates
  • Maintain an immaculate showroom and design centre environment
  • Update CRM and assist with general administrative duties

Skills & Qualities

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Excellent customer service and professionalism
  • Ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects
  • Proven design ability (college or work experience)
  • CAD experience preferred but not essential
  • Ability to use CRM systems
  • Team player with a proactive attitude
  • Ambition to grow into a Design Manager role

Package

  • Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 (depending on experience) + bonus (OTE)
  • 21 days annual leave
