Designer Recruitment are seeking a Marketing Manager in Dubai to take full ownership of marketing within a fast-growing, design-led brand. We are looking for an ambitious, hands-on Marketing Manager to lead and elevate all marketing activity for our client, who specialises in luxury kitchen and bedroom furniture. This is not a narrow role; this is a career-defining opportunity to shape, build and scale a marketing function within a premium interiors brand. This is a permanent role offering AED 15,000 - 20,000 per month or £40,000 - £50,000 annually. A relocation package is also on offer if the applicant is from the UK.
Marketing Manager duties:
- Leading all marketing strategy and execution
- Managing and growing social media channels
- Driving lead generation campaigns (retail & contracts)
- Directing video and photoshoots
- Overseeing brand positioning and creative output
- Supporting both retail showrooms and contract projects
- Reporting directly to Heads of Department and Directors
- Building and scaling a marketing team around you
