Designer Recruitment are delighted to be partnering with a high-end, luxury kitchen company seeking a talented and commercially driven Sales Designer based in Essex.Working hours: 9:00-17:30, Saturday working required (Sundays off + one weekday off)This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated design professional who enjoys working in a consultative, client-facing role within the premium interiors sector.At the heart of this business is a commitment to quality, creativity, and exceptional customer experience. The ideal candidate will combine strong sales capability with a natural eye for design and the ability to deliver tailored, high-value solutions.The OpportunityYou will manage the full customer journey from initial enquiry through to sale and project completion. You will be confident engaging clients, converting leads into appointments, and closing sales.Key responsibilities include:Turning enquiries into confirmed sales through strong rapport building and consultative sellingProactively following up leads and booking appointments, with telephone outreach forming a key part of the roleCreating high-quality kitchen designs using CAD software that combine functionality with outstanding visual appealTaking full ownership of your performance, operating with an entrepreneurial, business-minded approachBuilding long-term relationships with clients and delivering a seamless, premium experienceProviding ongoing support throughout the design, order, and installation processMaintain a consistently high standard of showroom presentationSupport the installation and refresh of displaysYou will also be expected to support business growth by:Engaging with developers, builders, architects, and interior designersUsing LinkedIn, email, phone calls, and face-to-face meetings to generate new opportunitiesDeveloping and nurturing trade and contract relationships to expand the client baseWe are looking for someone who demonstrates:Previous experience as a Kitchen or Bathroom Sales DesignerA strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targetsProficiency in CAD software (e.g. Articad, KBB Connect or similar)Strong understanding of interior design principles and market trendsConfident communication and client relationship skillsExcellent attention to detail and strong organisational abilityA self-motivated, results-driven mindsetAbility to work independently as well as within a teamFull driving licence and access to a vehicleA portfolio demonstrating previous design workPackage & BenefitsCompetitive basic salary (dependent on experience)Uncapped commission structure with realistic OTE of £50,000+Ongoing training and professional development opportunitiesAttendance at industry events, brand experiences, and design exhibitionsSupportive, collaborative team culture with strong career development potentialDesigner Recruitment are the representative for this opportunityTPBN1_UKTJ
