Designer Recruitment are proud to be representing a rapidly expanding premium kitchen company who are seeking an experienced Showroom Manager to lead their showroom in Newcastle.
Salary & Package: £30,000 - £35,000 + bonus (depending on experience)
Role Overview: This role will see you taking full ownership of the showroom, leading and developing a team of designers and sales consultants, and ensuring the highest standards of customer experience are delivered at all times. You will play a key role in driving performance, maintaining showroom presentation, and representing the brand both in-store and externally.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, manage, and motivate a team of kitchen designers and sales consultants
- Ensure the showroom is presented to a high standard, reflecting the brands positioning
- Deliver an exceptional customer journey from enquiry through to sale
- Support the team in achieving individual and showroom sales targets
- Liaise with internal departments to ensure a smooth end-to-end process
- Act as a brand ambassador and promote the business both in-store and at company events
- Oversee day-to-day showroom operations and performance
Skills & Experience:
- Previous experience as a Showroom Manager or Senior Kitchen Designer (4+ years preferred)
- Strong background in kitchen design and sales
- Confident leader with the ability to inspire and develop a team
- Commercially aware and target driven
- Familiarity with design software such as Fusion 2020, AutoCAD, Compusoft, or ArtiCAD (preferred)
- Professional, organised, and customer-focused approach
- Willingness to work Saturdays (with a weekday off)
