Designer Recruitment are delighted to be representing a premium kitchen company in their search for a talented Kitchen Sales Designer to join their showroom in Newcastle.
Salary & Commission: OTE £65k-£75k
Role Overview: We are working on behalf of a premium kitchen brand who are seeking an experienced and customer-focused Kitchen Sales Designer. This role will see you managing the full design and sales journey, from the initial consultation through to final sign-off. You will combine creative design expertise, technical knowledge, and strong sales skills to deliver beautifully designed kitchens that align with each client's vision, budget, and lifestyle, while consistently achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work collaboratively with the Showroom Manager to deliver an outstanding customer experience
- Conduct in-depth consultations with clients in both the showroom and their homes
- Build long-term client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor throughout the process
- Present and sell premium kitchen solutions
- Achieve and exceed individual sales targets in line with company KPIs
- Confidently manage objections and close sales
- Oversee the customer journey from order through to final completion
Skills & Experience:
- Strong consultative sales ability
- Creative design flair with strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organised with strong time management skills
- Experience using CAD design software
- Proven experience designing and selling kitchens
- Confident negotiator with strong closing skills
