Designer Recruitment are proud to be working with a bespoke kitchen company and their Showroom in the West Surrey area. This award winning retailer requires a Kitchen Designer of high-quality sales, design and management ability to join the team and drive the showroom forward. This is a permanent position paying £30,000 with commission and bonuses for the right candidate.

Duties of the Showroom Manager / Kitchen Designer:

  • Designing and selling bespoke kitchens
  • Maintaining showroom standards at all times
  • Ensuring customers and clients are well looked after with a huge focus on the customer journey
  • Liaising with other departments and support to ensure communication is kept to the highest level
  • Producing high-quality renders with their design software
  • Promoting the company brand and acting as an ambassador for the business
  • Attending events put on by the business or that the business requires representation for

Requirements of the Showroom Manager / Kitchen Designer:

  • Knowledge of Fusion 2020, Compusoft Winner or ArtiCAD preferred
  • Saturday working required with a day off in the week
  • A proven sales background
  • Kitchen Design experience essential
