The Opportunity

Working closely with the regional business development manager, you will be responsible for managing the showroom sales pipeline, converting enquiries into orders, and identifying opportunities to grow revenue through both retail and trade channels. This is a hands-on management role, ideal for someone who enjoys leading by example, building customer relationships, and taking ownership of commercial performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive showroom sales performance, revenue growth, and profitability.
  • Manage and develop the sales pipeline to maximise conversion rates and average order values.
  • Convert customer enquiries into sales through proactive follow-up and relationship building.
  • Generate new business through local trade relationships and showroom activity.
  • Build sales opportunities through outbound contact during quieter trading periods.
  • Analyse performance data and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Work closely with colleagues to support regional growth initiatives.
  • Ensure CRM systems and customer records are maintained accurately.
  • Deliver an exceptional customer experience at every stage of the sales process.

About You

We are keen to speak with candidates who have experience in:

You will be commercially driven, confident dealing with customers, and comfortable taking ownership of sales performance and showroom results.

Working Pattern

  • Five days per week, including Saturdays
  • One weekday off in lieu
  • 08:30am - 5:00pm
  • Based in Bristol
