An opportunity to join the Designer Parfums team to gain a broad range of marketing experience and support with a mix of Digital marketing, Trade marketing and Admin.
- Manage day-to-day communications with key retail partners and marketing teams.
- Manage all content across the brands for various uses across retailers' ecommerce & socials.
- Edit, resize & rename content, ensuring folders are kept organised and up to date with the latest brand assets.
- Bring creative & disruptive ideas on how to engage customers & consumers.
- Manage relationships with in-house influencer agency for all influencer campaigns supporting the brand team.
- Review and recommend trends and trending talent & come up with innovative and creative brief ideas.
- Support with content for the Designer Parfums social account, issuing assets or creating assets for national fragrance week or giveaways.
- Film social content at PR and retailer events & support with filming and editing corporate videos for internal meetings or event reveals.
- Create & adapt brand copy to support the assets.
- Create layouts for brand pages for regular updates in line with brand launches or key moments (e.g. Christmas).
- Audit retailer websites for brand content and copy, and provide updates where needed.
- Brief & manage artworks with the internal creative team.
- Assist with store visits to retailers to take pictures of point of sales materials & report back findings to Sales & Marketing teams.
- Research options for materials to support the sales & marketing team for influencer & retailer gifting – e.g. sourcing elements, branded boxes, etc.
- Raise purchase orders on SAP, saving & filing purchase order approvals.
- Support the Marketing team with ad hoc requests.
