Pan-EU Retail Manager
OVERVIEW
Shaneel Enterprises Group is a UK leading fine fragrance global wholesaler in the perfume and cosmetics industry, which directly works with several leading multinational beauty groups, distributing our products into multiple channels ranging from drugstores to perfumeries, to online players and beyond.
JOB PURPOSE
We are seeking a senior experienced individual to compliment and grow our current business, we are looking to expand our business directly into retail chains/retailers i.e. open new direct retail accounts. Penetrate and achieve the desired sales revenue, and visibility in the retail network, identifying business opportunities and establishing sound and reliable connections with the retailer's buying teams.
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Full account management of specified Shaneel portfolio across defined retailers in close conjunction with internal counterparts to deliver specified sales targets.
- Design and implement a strategic retail plan that expands the company’s business into retail chains.
- Work with the Sales team to deliver retailer strategy, and achieve agreed sales and profit targets across Shaneel stocks.
- Chief liaison point between Shaneel and retailers.
- Effectively negotiate and manage a strategic promotional calendar to grow sales performance. Align plans with retailer strategies and negotiate annual business plans to ensure profitable growth and optimum buy-in whilst respecting brand values and profit targets.
- Provide clear reports on activity and retail sales performance. Analyze results vs targets to grow sales performance, sharing qualitative and quantitative results. Review sells-out performance and to take corrective action as required.
- Update and deliver monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts indicating risks and opportunities.
- Full administration of accounts (New Line Forms, JBPs, Promotional Forms, the new retailer set-up, etc.)
- Develop strong networks and partnerships across all relevant departments with all new accounts.
- Ensure consistent excellent service to retailers delivering a best-in-class approach.
- Update on market and competitor activity within all accounts.

REQUIREMENTS
- Multi-branded bricks retailer sales experience
- Minimum 10 years’ relevant experience
- Excellent communication skills – written and verbal
- Highly operational and numerate, commercially minded
- Excellent presentation skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Strong experience in retailing chains
- Highly organized
- Team player
- A confident and accountable self-starter who can work autonomously and as team player.
