An opportunity to join the Designer Parfums team to support with a mix of administration duties which are key for delivering the exciting new brand launches in the UK market across all our brands.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Completing product set up of new line forms for new product / supplier
  • Uploading Brand assets to retailers’ websites (Boots, Superdrug, The Perfume Shop & more)
  • Coordinating resizing, renaming and organising brand imagery
  • Raising purchase orders on SAP
  • Saving & filing approval emails and purchase orders
  • Organising postal send outs and logging information on our system for retailers and influencers
  • Assisting with creating training packs for new launches, for our employees
  • Researching options for materials to support the sales & marketing team – e.g. sourcing tissue paper, envelopes, branded boxes etc
  • Organisation of Marketing folders and uploading and renaming files
  • Reviewing retailer websites for brand imagery
  • Supporting the Marketing & Sales team with ad hoc requests
