An opportunity to join the Designer parfums team to support with a mix of administration duties which are key for delivering the exciting new brand launches in the UK market across all our brands. Uploading Brand assets to retailers’ websites (Boots, Superdrug, The Perfume Shop & more) Coordinating resizing, renaming and organising brand imagery Raising purchase orders on SAP Researching options for materials to support the sales & marketing team – e.g. sourcing tissue paper, envelopes, branded boxes etc Organisation of Marketing folders and uploading and renaming files Reviewing retailer websites for brand imagery Supporting the Marketing & Sales team with ad hoc requests Flexible & adaptable approach Excel / PowerPoint / Canva experience
