This is a hybrid role which requires working 4 days from our office in London/Watford and 1 day from home.

  • Manage the full lifecycle of innovation projects, including the launch of new fragrances, from initial fragrance selection to final artwork/design, ensuring seamless collaboration with cross‑functional teams to deliver on time and in full (OTIF).
  • Oversee the implementation of comprehensive communication strategies for the product launches, ensuring alignment with the brand's vision and market trends.
  • Manage and refine the social media strategy, encompassing influencer partnerships, paid and organic reach, content creation, and community engagement, to maximise brand presence and consumer interaction.
  • Conduct and analyse consumer trend studies to inform the development of new concepts, future launches, and the optimisation of marketing campaign performance.
  • Collaborate with commercial teams to track marketing campaign performance (sell‑out vs in‑store and media investments).
  • Translate strategic objectives into detailed, actionable plans that outperform competitors and drive market share growth.
  • Guide agency partners to produce innovative concepts, communications, and assets that resonate with target audiences.
  • Manage operational aspects, including budget oversight, licensor approvals, and the maintenance of key brand management tools such as the Designer Parfums Cloud.
