Job Purpose: A rare opportunity to play an integral part in the future of a truly iconic selective brand. You will work on exciting projects ranging from NPD to creating global campaigns to launching new pillars. The role will suit someone who has hands‑on experience of operational tasks, good knowledge of what a selective brand entails, exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills, and a desire to get involved in operational and creative / brand development projects. The GABM will also require good communication and collaboration skills, as there will be interaction with other departments. Most importantly, they’ll be passionate about gaining hands‑on experience of Brand Management and delivering an exceptional project / products in an iconic luxury fragrance brand.
Location: Flexible working between London and Watford, plus one day work from home per week.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Support execution of innovation projects: launch of new fragrances, from fragrance selection to artwork/design and partner with cross‑functional team to deliver OTIF.
- Brilliantly execute comms for product launches.
- Conduct consumer trends studies to define new concepts and future launches.
- Track marketing campaign performance, in liaison with our commercial team (Sell Out Vs in‑store and media investments).
- Support the Senior Brand Manager in transforming strategies into brilliantly executed plans that consistently beat the competition and gain share.
- Partner with agencies to deliver breakthrough concepts, comms and assets.
- Support on operational tasks such as budget tracking.
- Must be able to adapt fluidly to an ever‑changing environment and prioritise jobs/tasks with conflicting, tight deadlines, coordinating marketing activities.
- Help in the preparation for key meetings: presentations, products/prototypes, fragrance lab samples, displays + coordination with third‑party agencies based overseas.
- Build and nurture a relationship with the licensor.
- Be passionate about the brand, the direction it is taking and want to play a crucial role in the brand development (be a brand ambassador to inspire internal and external teams).
- Bring positive energy and a ‘can‑do’ attitude to help identify new opportunities and find solutions quickly.
Requirements:
- Graduate level with ideally business/marketing related degree, existing Fragrance / Beauty experience is preferred, experience within selective brands.
- Eager to learn and with a ‘can‑do’ attitude.
- Self‑motivated and organised with an obsession for detail.
- Good numeracy and analytical skills. (Including ppt, Excel)
- Excellent project management skills.
- The ability to build solid working relationships (both internal and external).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Energetic with a positive mindset, willing to roll up their sleeves when needed and push the brand forward in line with the defined vision.
- French knowledge is a plus, but not a requirement.
