We’re looking for reliable, energetic Shift Leaders to help us run smooth services, lead from the front, and keep the good vibes flowing on every shift. The Role

As a Shift Leader at SpudBros Express, you’ll be the go-to person on shift – supporting your managers and crew, ensuring high standards are met, and making sure every guest walks away happy. You’ll lead by example, keep things moving, and handle whatever comes your way with a cool head and a can-do attitude.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead the Shift
  • Run service like a pro – keeping your team motivated and the store running smoothly
  • Manage breaks, delegate tasks, and respond to peak time pressure
  • Be the link between Crew and Managers – keeping communication clear and supportive
  • Deliver Quality & Speed
  • Make sure food looks great, tastes better, and gets out fast
  • Monitor cleanliness, stock levels, and compliance on shift
  • Jump on tills, prep, or pack when needed – this is a hands-on leadership role
  • Support the Team
  • Train new crew members and reinforce SpudBros standards
  • Spot coaching moments and give feedback to help the team improve
  • Lead by example – professional, focused, and friendly always
  • Handle the Unexpected
  • Deal with guest issues or complaints in a positive, brand-true way

What You’ll Bring
