Responsibilities:
- Delivering great customer service by greeting customers who enter the store and assisting them in looking for products they are wanting to purchase or try on.
- Giving the customer advice on product and outfit building and linking products through great product knowledge.
- Ensuring the customer has a world-class shopping experience in store and building relationships for return business and client bases.
Additional Information:
- You will be responsible for putting through customer transactions, processing payments, and cash handling.
- Maintaining the shop floor, keeping it clean and tidy as you go, and ensuring the store is kept to a high visual standard.
- Aware of current trends and presents themselves well at all times.
