- Manage key vendor and broker partnerships, ensuring strong governance, cost effectiveness and high-quality service delivery.
- Deliver reward insights, analysis and projects, driving data-led decision making, continuous improvement and broader transformation initiatives.
- Contribute to the overall reward strategy, bringing benefits expertise alongside growing compensation accountability, while ensuring robust governance, risk management and compliance.
What we're looking for
We foster a culture of winning together, and we work hard to ensure everyone is supported to succeed. To thrive in this role, you'll bring:
- Proven Senior Reward professional (7–10+ years) with strong expertise across both benefits and compensation, ideally within a multi-country European environment.
- Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders and operate autonomously in complex, fast-paced organisations.
- Solid experience in key compensation areas including job evaluation, pay structures, benchmarking and annual review cycles.
- Strong commercial and analytical capability, with advanced Excel skills and experience managing external partners (e.g. brokers, vendors, survey providers).
- Excellent communicator with sound judgement, able to translate complex reward concepts into clear, employee-centric solutions.
