Role Overview
Responsible for managing and coordinating process piping projects from design review through installation and commissioning.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Pre‑Fabrication Reviews of design isometrics
- Production of piping fab packs
- Pipe Support designs with specialist vendors
- Compilation of piping technical submittals
- Assist specialist vendors with stress analysis
- Produce Isometrics for site run piping
- Review red lines for design intent
- Review pipe designs for code and regulation compliance
- Review and procurement flanges, gaskets, bolts, U-bolts, shoes
- Advise project teams on piping system types and materials
- Advise project teams on pipe paint specs, surface treatments and corrosion protection
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.
- 5+ years’ experience in industrial process piping projects.
- Strong knowledge of piping materials, welding, testing, and installation.
- Proficiency in MS Office and project planning software.
