Role Overview: Responsible for ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations across project site.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Conduct site safety inspections and risk assessments.
  • Deliver toolbox talks and safety inductions.
  • Ensure compliance with local HSE regulations and company policies.
  • Investigate incidents and prepare detailed reports.
  • Monitor PPE compliance and safe working practices.
  • Develop Job Safety Analysis (JSA) and method statement reviews.
  • Maintain safety records, permits, and inspection logs.
  • Coordinate emergency response drills and preparedness plans.
  • Ensure safe lifting operations and scaffold inspections.
  • Advise management on continuous HSE improvements.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Diploma/Degree in Occupational Health & Safety or equivalent.
  • NEBOSH/IOSH certification preferred.
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in construction or M&E projects.
  • Strong knowledge of safety legislation and reporting.
