Responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations across project site.
  • Conducting site safety inspections and risk assessments.
  • Delivering toolbox talks and safety inductions.
  • Ensuring compliance with local HSE regulations and company policies.
  • Developing Job Safety Analysis (JSA) and method statement reviews.
  • Maintaining safety records, permits, and inspection logs.
  • Ensuring safe lifting operations and scaffold inspections.
  • Advising management on continuous HSE improvements.

Qualifications:

  • Diploma/Degree in Occupational Health & Safety or equivalent.
  • NEBOSH/IOSH certification preferred.
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in construction or M&E projects.
  • Strong knowledge of safety legislation and reporting.
