We are looking for a Stylist to own how our product looks, online and in store. You will prepare products for our e-commerce shoots, dress the mannequins in our Brompton Road flagship, set the window guidelines for all our stores and create the looks for our seasonal campaigns and lookbooks. You won't shoot or retouch; our photographers handle that. This role is for someone with a strong eye for luxury fashion who wants real creative freedom.
- Contract: Full time, permanent, 40 hours a week
- Reports to: Head of Photography
What you'll do
E-commerce product prep & on-set styling
- Prepare every item to perfect condition before it goes on set: remove tags and stickers, steam, iron, lint roll and clean hardware
- Check each item against its listing details before it is shot
- Pin, clip, stuff and shape products on mannequins, tabletop and flat lay so they show their true shape and fit
- Watch the Capture One screen with the photographer and fix creases, uneven lines or stray tags between framesTrack every item from prep rails to set and back to storage, so nothing gets lost or damaged
- Handle luxury pieces with care
Flagship store & visual merchandising
- Style and change the mannequin outfits in our Brompton Road flagship, keeping them fresh and in line with stock
- Create the window guidelines for all our stores in UK, Madrid and Barcelona, with freedom to set the creative direction
- Prepare clear visual packs (photos, layouts, outfit lists) so every store team can install windows the same way
- Check that windows and mannequins stay to standard and refresh them on a regular schedule
Campaigns & lookbooks
- Create the looks for our seasonal campaigns and lookbooks, from moodboard to final outfit
- Pull pieces from our stock, plan outfits and build styling boards
- Style on set during campaign and lookbook shoots, working with the photographer and creative team
- Keep track of every item pulled for shoots and return it in perfect condition
What you'll bring
- 2+ years of styling experience across e-commerce
- A portfolio showing mannequin or campaign styling
- Strong knowledge of luxury brands, designers and trends, and a feel for styling preloved pieces in a fresh way
- Expert with steamers, pins, clips and styling tape, and careful with leather, silk and delicate fabrics
- A sharp eye on the Capture One screen for small creases or styling details that need fixing
- Able to style a high number of items per hour without losing consistency
- Able to plan ahead and juggle studio, store and campaign work in the same week
- A clear communicator who works well with photographers and can brief store teams simply
- Organised, reliable and happy to be hands on
Nice to have
- Styling experience for campaigns and lookbooks (please include a portfolio with your application if you have one)
- Experience with Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Slides, Drive) to track stock, share VM guidelines and build lookbook boards
- Visual merchandising experience in a luxury flagship store or experience writing VM guidelines or packs for several stores
What we offer
- 28 day Holidays + Bank holidays off (to be chosen)
- Creative freedom over our windows and campaign looks
- Complimentary breakfast & lunch every day
- A friendly, creative, and collaborative studio environment
