The predicted salary is between 40000 - 50000 £ per year.

This role involves ensuring the efficient and effective running of the departments you will be responsible for in line with company policy and procedures. It is a busy and varied role that requires prioritising workload accordingly. We are looking for a strong team player with a positive and enthusiastic approach to work.

Key responsibilities

  • Supervise sales orders and fitting costs
  • Authorize payments to fitters
  • Minimise regional stock holding and maintain correct stock levels
  • Recruit and manage fitters
  • Ensure customer service issues are resolved quickly and to the highest standards expected by customers
  • Deputise for the Senior Contracts Manager as required
  • Run management reports to ensure compliance
  • Manage, motivate, develop and communicate with the team
  • Meet own and regional objectives and targets

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in effectively managing multiple teams
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Excellent people management skills
  • DBS check required upon successful application
  • Full and current UK driving licence to carry out site visits
  • Current CSCS card required
  • Previous experience in the flooring industry or new build sector is advantageous but not essential
